How I deliver my London curtain making service
When you submit your initial enquiry, I will ask you some questions to help me to establish your requirements.
These questions will include:
- How many windows do you require dressed?
- What style of curtains or blinds would you like?
- Do you have the approximate sizes for each window, such as the pole width and drop measurements?
I can also advise on fabrics, poles and rails, and discuss your options and preferences to help you to decide if I am the right fit for your project. I will use this information to provide you with an approximate price for your items before going forwards.
After establishing that you are happy that the approximate costs involved are in line with your budget expectations, I will make an appointment with you to visit your home and discuss your requirements in more detail, and to measure your windows.
During this appointment, I will measure and photograph the windows in question, and we can discuss the fine details of your design and fabric preferences.
Within one to three days of this initial visit, I will provide a detailed estimate and timeframe for completion of your items. I ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost to be paid before I begin to order the required fabrics and fittings and start work.
Next, I will order or collect your chosen fabric and hardware (such as poles and tracks) and then return to your home to fit the relevant hardware.
All of my initial measurements will be double-checked at this stage to ensure 100% accuracy.
When I have completed your finished blinds or curtains, I will contact you to arrange an appointment for the final fitting. I will personally hang, dress and steam your new items as required, to ensure that everything is perfect and just what you were hoping for.
The balance of payment for your goods is due on the day of delivery or installation.
