MEASURING OUTSIDE A WINDOW RECESS:
It will be necessary to fit the blind outside the recess if :
- The window is not straight.
- The window opens inwards.
Extend the blind to about 10cm on either side and 10 cm above and below the window.
Always use a metal tape.
Please quote drop and width size stating ‘blind size’.
MEASURING FOR A RECESS FITTING
Measure the width and drop in at least three positions, taking into account any protrusions such as tiles etc.
Make a note of the smallest drop and width measurement.
